Wison Engineering awarded EPCC contract for new hydrogen plant in Thailand

Wison Engineering (Shanghai, China) announced that it was awarded a contract to provide engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) for a new hydrogen manufacturing unit (HMU-2)  by IRPC Public Co. Ltd. The new HMU-2 project is part of the Ultra Clean Fuel Diesel Euro V Project (UCF project) located in IRPC Industrial Estate at Rayong province of Thailand.

The scope of work includes detailed engineering, supply of all equipment and materials, construction and installation, as well as pre-commissioning, commissioning and performance test. When complete, the HMU-2 project will provide the pure Hydrogen (40000 Nm3/h) to UCF project to make the product meeting Euro-V Diesel specifications.

 Detailed engineering and procurement on the project is well underway, construction is anticipated to begin next year. Mechanical completion of the new hydrogen manufacturing unit is planned for the 3rdquarter of 2023.
