Effective July 8, 2019, Victaulic (Lehigh Valley, Pa.; www.victaulic.com) has purchased Globe Fire Sprinkler (Standish, Mich.; www.globesprinkler.com). Combined, the two companies will look to bring new solutions to the fire protection industry around the world.
Steven Worthington, who will continue to serve the combined organization as President, Globe Fire Protection commented, “Victaulic brings additional financial resources to Globe, enabling added focus on innovation to support our customers and the industry.”

This year, Victaulic celebrates 100 years since it was granted its first industry patent for mechanical pipe joining solutions. Globe Fire Sprinkler has been a family-owned fire sprinkler manufacturer with 105 years of continuous production of sprinklers and valves.
