The new IR-USB series of infrared (IR) temperature sensors (photo) provides a reliable and economical method for most PC-based, non-contact temperature monitoring. The unit features an IR sensor/signal-conditioner installed with a direct USB connection and free software that converts the PC into a temperature meter, chart recorder or data logger.
