For pumping demanding materials, this company has launched the IQ series, a low-maintenance product that is easy to use and has low operating costs. The IQ series is designed for industrial applications, wastewater treatment plans and tanker trucks or mobile units in which a pump with a traditional design cant easily be installed just anywhere. The pump chamber consists of one central component. The integrated injection system guides coarse matter through the pump so that it causes much less serious damage. This considerably increases the service life of the pump — by up to 150% in field tests. The number of essential spare parts has been reduced by half, significantly cutting the time it takes to replace wear parts. When any of the wear parts are replaced, from the pump chamber to the seal, not one screw of the connection to the pipes needs to be undone.
