Use this feed pump for dosing gas-forming chemicals
The Chem-Feed CD1V multi-diaphragm chemical-feed pump (photo) features 4–20-mA input and enables dosing with gas-forming chemicals, such as peracetic acid or sodium hypochlorite. The pump’s Dual Diaphragm Hyperlink drive technology operates so that when the first diaphragm is in the suction phase, the second diaphragm is in the discharge phase, which creates smooth, near continuous fluid flow. This multi-diaphragm pump is self-priming, and will not vapor lock. CDV1 includes a patented DiaFlex ultra-durable diaphragm, which avoids breakdown or delamination.
