Ruland Engineering & Consulting GmbH (Neustadt, Germany) has been planning and building process systems for the production of liquid products since 2000. What began with just seven employees has developed into an international company with 320 employees and 5 locations. Ruland stands for process plants with the highest hygiene requirements and safe processing of liquids. Manufacturers from the beverage, food, pharmaceutical, health care and household products sectors rely on the quality and reliability of Ruland process systems.
Consultancy is the top priority at Ruland. The team analyses the specific needs of its customers in order to develop customised systems. Thanks to the in-depth engineering expertise, solutions are created that fulfill the respective requirements for product safety, quality, hygiene and legal specifications. Customers particularly appreciate this flexibility and customised planning. Ruland plans the systems, procures components and manufactures fully automated modules that are assembled and commissioned on site. The portfolio also includes pipework systems for complete factories or production areas.

Despite its global success, Ruland remains a family business. For Florian Klein, Managing Partner, one thing is certain: ‘Our employees are the heart of our company. They carry our knowledge and realise our quality standards every day.’ This appreciation is also reflected in the long-term planning. Last year, two long-standing employees, Jürgen Schütze and Jens Schumann, were appointed to the management – this way Ruland prepares its future and its management at an early point of time.
For Ruland, the 25th anniversary is not only a reason to be proud of what has been achieved, but also a motivation to continue the success story.
