NAES enters downstream markets; will support processing industries with new Texas facility

| By Mary Page Bailey

NAES Corp. (Issaquah, Wash.; www.naes.com), a provider of services to the energy industry, announces it has entered the downstream market, providing capital construction and turnaround management and execution services to process plants in the Texas Gulf Coast, including the Houston Ship Channel.  NAES will support the Ship Channel market from its existing facilities in Houston.   In addition, NAES will be providing multidiscipline construction, fabrication and other oil field services to the midstream oil and gas industry in the Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin regions. To support this effort, NAES has opened a field operations facility in Asherton, Tex.

“NAES is excited to be expanding our process industry business,” said Kevin Taylor, NAES Senior Vice President of Engineering & Construction. “The expansion is a direct result of the success and reputation we’ve achieved in the market to date. In addition, we see our new initiative in the Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin as leveraging our success into the oil and gas markets. Consistent with our core values, NAES will provide the same level of safe, high quality, and reliable services to the process and oil and gas markets that we currently provide as the leader in third party services to the energy industry.”

For over 30 years, NAES has specialized in providing services including operations and maintenance; engineering and technical services; construction and maintenance services; and staffing solutions to the energy industry, and is expanding its maintenance and construction business in the process and oil and gas markets.
