NAES acquires Greenberry Industrial

NAES Corp. (Issaquah, Wash.; www.naes.com) has acquired Greenberry Industrial, a nationally recognized industrial contractor, fabricator and mechanical installation provider. Greenberry, headquartered in Vancouver, Wash., is a full-service industrial general contractor and fabricator, serving clients throughout the U.S. and Canada.

The company manages and provides all structural, civil and mechanical disciplines in industrial construction, including boilermaking, civil and concrete, heavy rigging, millwright and equipment setting, pipe spooling and steel erection.

“Greenberry provides us a platform of scale and diversification in non-union construction, fabrication and maintenance services,” said Robert E. Fishman, president and CEO of NAES.
