Wireless device supports predictive maintenance
The i-Alert Asset Intelligence platform lets users monitor all machines that have a compact, wireless i-Alert2 Machine Health Monitor (photo) connected to them. The platform, on-machine sensor and a mobile app that provides easy access to the data, allow users to monitor operation and manage data from a single web interface. The system allows users to visualize, in a simple timeline, trend data, machine notes, technical data and vibration spectrum data that are collected via the i-Alert2 app. Users can manage data collection by setting up designated routes and the app will guide a user to which assets and what types of data to collect on the route.
