Thermoplastics manufacturer Ingenia Polymers Corp. (www.ingeniapolymers.com) has acquired the La Porte, Tex. operations of LyondellBasell (Rotterdam, the Netherlands; www.lyondellbasell.com), commonly known as Bayshore Industrial. The LaPorte assets represent Ingenia’s first acquisition since its founding 34 years ago.
