Individual solution for discharging and dosing

The TS cycle lock (photo) is used whenever the discharge from silos, weighing containers, filter systems or big bags and the feeding into downstream production processes, such as vacuum reactors, screening machines, mixers or packaging systems, cannot be realized with standard valves. The TS cycle lock is available with nominal diameters from DN 50 to DN 1200. Its chamber volume, as well as the geometry of the filling pipe, can be customized. Installation is simple. As a rule, it is sufficient to connect the TS cycle lock to the vessel or the pipeline. Capacitive sensors or, for simpler media, vibrating-rod limit switches are available for monitoring the filling level. Furthermore, the opening of the inlet and outlet valve can also be time-controlled. TS cycle locks are gas-tight and ATEX-certified. They are therefore suitable as a safe solution for use as passive explosion decoupling systems with nominal diameter from DN 50 to DN 600 in plants with differential pressures of up to 10 bar. — Ebro Armaturen Gebr.
