A new pump for transporting water

The new DB xe pump conforms to standard EN733 and DIN24255 standards and features a back pull-out design, a wide interchangeabe dry-shaft design, and cylindrical and conical stuffing box, and sealed bearings. Optional materials of construction including CF8M and CF8 steel impellers, as well as cast iron and bronze. The pump has a capacity of up to 550 m3/h, a head of up to 100 m and suction pressure of 5 kg/cm2. The pump operates over a temperature range of –10 to 90°C. DB xe pumps are suitable for water supply, drinking water, air-conditioning, firefighting and industrial water. — Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., Pune, India
