Images and temperature data help to protect furnace tubes
The NIR-B 3XR provides high-accuracy reformer tube-wall temperature (TWT) measurement, furnace optimization and monitoring, giving operators the ability to measure point temperature data and store it for future analysis and trending. It is intended for use in industrial gas applications, to increase productivity, protect assets and enhance tube life, says the company. Operating with a wide-angle field of view (90-deg) and a high-resolution image, the NIR-B 3XR allows multiple reformer tubes to be imaged and measured simultaneously.
