Eriez Manufacturing Co. (Erie, Pa.; www.eriez.com) has announced the acquisition of U.K. based Centriforce Limited, a provider of advanced coolant filtration systems to the European metalworking industry. The Centriforce product portfolio will be integrated into Eriez’ HydroFlowline of fluid recycling and filtration equipment. The complete lines of Centriforce and HydroFlow equipment will be offered to customers under the Eriez HydroFlow banner.
