Knowledge of the moisture-induced changes of a material’s properties are needed to make proper decisions regarding processing, packaging and the storage and shelf life of a product. The Modular Humidity Generator (MHG) makes this possible; designed to fit inside analysis equipment, the MHG enables measurements to be performed in an atmosphere with controlled humidity. The MHG consists of a central control unit and an external humidifier and mixer unit. The patent-pending design enables fast and accurate humidity regulation from close to freezing up to the boiling point without condensation effects.
