This company has updated its range of turbopumping stations to include the newly launched nXDS dry scroll pumps. The range of turbostations now includes dry backing pumps, with capacities from 1 to 20 m3/h. The nXDS offers better ultimate-pressure performance compared to the previous XDS model, which in turn leads to a better ultimate pressure at the turbopump inlet. The nXDS dry scroll pump offers a “unique, oil-free, robust vacuum solution,” says the company. — Edwards Ltd., Crawley, U.K.
