This company offers fabrication services for ancillary storage tanks, pressure vessels and reactors up to 100,000 gal. A recent fabrication job involved a vessel with a full holding capacity of 20,000 gal, measuring 10.5 ft in diameter and 30 ft in length (photo). This horizontal vessel is designed for product storage under atmospheric pressure at 200°F and is rated to the UL 142 standard covering atmospheric storage tanks. A 32-in. manway with a davit allows easy access for an internally supported insertion heater. The vessel includes various nozzles, saddles and lugs as specified by the end user. Material of construction is 304L stainless steel, blasted and painted with black primer for outdoor exposure. — Charles Ross & Son Co., Hauppauge, N.Y.
