The Type 3738 electonic valve-position monitor can be used with on/off valves across a wide range of applications, and enables valve-position monitors to be configured at the push of a button. The device features a contactless, magnetoresistive sensor system that works with a Namur signal in compliance with IEC 60947-5-6 and is powered by a two-wire supply. As a result, the valve-position monitor can replace existing solenoid valves and limit switches without the time-consuming process of changing wiring or signal levels.
