A tank heater that produces little noise and vibration
The Scepter tank heater (photo) is designed for the direct injection of steam into tanks for heating water-compatible products. Water and steam are divided and mixed in each mixing module, producing complete contact between steam and the product to be heated, with low noise and low vibration. The heater has a strong stirring action to help keep any solids or particulate matter in suspension, and produces a uniform temperature throughout the tank, allowing for accurate thermostatic control.
