A dryer with integrated solvent recovery
The H-10 Turbo-Dryer (photo) dries water or solvent-based wet organic chemicals, metal compounds, food additives and ceramic products. The dryer operates continuously with a nitrogen recycle process to evaporate and recover solvents. It dries to levels as low as 0.01% without the need for a vacuum, and handles fragile crystals and preformed pellets without breakage. The low-maintenance Turbo-Dryer features high onstream time and has lower heat requirements than other dryers, according to the company. Booth 204 — Wyssmont Company, Inc., Fort Lee, N.J.
