The Vertek Series of vertical form, fill-and-seal baggers covers a broad range of speed, bag widths and bag types. Polyethylene and laminate materials can be run on the Vertek Series and all models are designed for low cost of maintenance using off-the-shelf parts. The Vertek Series of baggers includes four models in the Junior Series, which can run at speeds of 70 cycles per minute (cpm) with bag widths of up to 5.5 in. and bag lengths up to 8 in. The Vertek 2400 runs at speeds up to 20 cpm with bag widths of 16–24 in. and lengths of 9–36 in.
