This micro-metering pump system is hermetically sealed
The Intellilab (photo) represents a new evolution in micro-metering pumps, and is primarily used for metering in high-pressure synthesis and hydration processes. Because the fluid is hermetically blocked against the atmosphere and the hydraulic system of the pump, the Intellilab is also suitable in mini-plant applications. The risks of spillage and fluid contact with the outside environment are eliminated. At a discharge pressure of up to 500 bars, flowrates between 10 and 500 mL/h at an accuracy of±1% are possible.
